MPD units are investigating an armed carjacking in the 1600 block of 11th Street N.W. Look out for (2) black males wearing all-black clothing with face masks. Both were armed with handguns. Taken was a 2025 ZHNG, grey Q-Max-200 scooter, bearing Maryland registration 7410Y6, last seen in the 1800 Block of 8th Street N.W.
