Lookout for 3 B/M's, (1) wearing all black clothing, thick dreads, facial tattoos, slim build, 6ft to 6'1", 20 to 30 yoa, and possible goatee, (2) wearing a black sweater with a white shirt was last seen southbound on foot towards Georgia Avenue, NW.
