[AlertDC] DC Water reports an emergency water outage on Fort Lincoln Drive NE, between Eastern Avenue NE, and Robert Clifton Weaver Way NE, for 4-6 hours, due to a broken 16-inch water main. There are approximately 100 homes and 4 hydrants affected.
