[AlertDC] MPD reports the incident has cleared and the following road closures have reopened to traffic:
- 2000 block of Bladensburg Road NE
- Outbound New York Avenue, NE, at Bladensburg Road
- Inbound New York Avenue traffic is being diverted to South Dakota Avenue
