NWS reports that temperatures will be 34 degrees but will feel like 28 degrees due to wind chill and/or rain. Stay inside, bundle up if you go out, report shelter transport for people experiencing homelessness at 202-399-7093, and report animal emergencies to the Humane Rescue Alliance at 202-576-6664.
