MPD Units are investigating an unarmed carjacking in the 700 block of Kenilworth Avenue Northeast. Lookout is for 4-5 juveniles wearing hoodies with faces covered. Taken were a black motorized scooter and phone. Scooter was recovered in the 3700 block of Hayes Street Northeast at 1856 hours.
