The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 78-year-old Shirley Farley, who was last seen in the 1300 block of Missouri Ave NW on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Shirley Farley is described as a black female, 5’7” in height, 160 pounds, with grey hair wearing a black turban and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green shirt, blue pants and black sneakers caring a pink flower bag.
