(Washington, DC) – The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will temporarily close one lane of traffic on Monroe Street NE Bridge for one to two hours between 9:30 am to 3:30 pm on Monday, October 15, weather permitting. This temporary lane closure is necessary to complete work related to the ongoing Reconstruction of Monroe Street NE Bridge Project. Flaggers will direct traffic on the bridge. Motorists should expect delays and are advised to stay alert when traveling through this area.
